DIG Magazine
During my senior year at CSULB, I served as DIG Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief. The student-run quarterly publication offered lifestyle content encompassing the latest on arts and culture around the Long Beach area.
Awarded 2nd Place Best Print Magazine by CCMA (California College Media Awards) in 2023.

The Passion Issue
As I moved into the role of Editor-in-Chief, I was in a headspace where I was really taking the time to reflect on what this role meant to me as we were emerging from the pandemic that deemed my livelihoods nonessential. This outlet was my passion project. And so, I wanted to dedicate my first issue to passion and the things that our passions move us to do; the things we do not need but want for out own joy.

Navigating the Unknown

Revel
I wanted my final issue to be a celebration. A celebration of my academic career, a celebration of my team working with me on the magazine and a celebration for the coming of my favorite season. The stories in this issue are about forms of fun for all and a representation of what it meant to revel in our successes because in the end, we deserved it.
